Yes my colleague also running SP1 and it runs fine. Strange thing is when I deploy a version 1 steelhead client it works like a charm. Basically something goes wrong with my SP1 client and getting a license.

Is there a way to force a license in version 3 on the client, registery setting?

today i installed SM on my brand new Win7 SP1 machine but it's working, until the moment it should get a license. It will never get it will always stay green-connected and green-healty but no license. 

When i install the same steelheadmobile.msi to a VM image with XP or WIN7 (without SP1) it works like a charm. Any idea when SP1 is supported? When i look into the release notes WIN7 SP1 is also not mentioned in the list...
