Hi,

I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and stil have no luck.

In the log it shows errors as it cannot find sport.xml and in other forum posts I see people mention the rbtsport.exe service.

The sport.xml file and service are missing.

First of all... have you tried turning it off and on again? :)

I dislike that as a first port of call, but lets sanity check the environment. I've never run that exe manually, but I wouldn't expect any output to be shown. What happens if you uninstall Steelhead Mobile and reinstall?

rbtsport.exe will not run as a service. Manually running it shows nothing. I have even tried manually installing it as a service but it still does not work.

This has only started since installing Version: 3.1.3a #133_9.

If I go back to the previous version that was working I now have the same problem.

Can any one help with this ?
