They were taken from the client  - only TCP affected - not UDP - I believe a TAC case has been raised now.

Where did you take the traces?

On the file-server side or on the Steelhead mobile GUI or somewhere else?

(This sounds like it is going to be a TAC case)

Hello -

We've been seeing all clients with Steelhead mobile installed creating 2 packets - if we uncheck the "Steelhead Mobile Filter Driver" from the Network adapter, the duplicate packets dissapear..

Why would this driver create these duplicates? I'm investigating a network with poor performance and this is seen to be a contributing factor - all clients have this installed - all clients are duplicating packets to a local fleserver (not even a remote one that would require the Steelhead optimisation)

Is there a means to resolve this? What can be done to stop these duplicates?
