Prevent an app from SMC optimisation?

Hello!

At this moment the selection to optimize something through SHM is made through a list of in-path rules and is depending on the IP address and/or TCP port number of the server the service is running on. Selection on an application is not possible at this moment.

Freezing of applications might be the result of an MTU size issue, taking traces with the TAC could confirm and resolve this.

Hi all

Steelhead Mobile Client v2.1.2.40 has been deployed to all laptops in our business (>1000). Client, MAPI and SSL optimisation are enabled. We have received reports that certain applications are freezing or timing-out. When we disable Client optimisation the these specific applications no longer freeze or time-out. We like to consider the option to enable Client optimisation but add specific applications to an exception list to prevent them from being optimisation by SMC.

Is this possible and if so how please?
