Interesting. I would suggest opening a support case for this and send in a system dump from the SMC, the good client and one of the clients showing the warning.

Thank you for your reply.

 

Our controller is in Brussels and our clients are in the UK.

 

I just did one other test, I installed the Mobile Client on my PC in Brussels and mine is the only one reported as Healthy.

 

I checked if the client time and controller time match in terms of minutes. That is OK.

 

I can't think of any recent changes in our infrastructure / software / hardware.

I assume you have checked that the client time and controller time match in terms of minutes. Are other clients working ok? Did anything change recently (eg code upgrade)?

Controller time and client time do not match

 Since a couple of weeks we get the error message below. Does anybody know how to solve this? (I found one other thread, but there is no solution: (http://community.riverbed.com/t5/Steelhead-Mobile/Contoller-time-and-client-time-do-not-match/td-p/7...)

 

The controller and most of the clients are in 2 different time zones, but that used to be no problem. I don't believe that has something to do with this error message.

 

Is there anybody who has seen this before and knows a solution?
