Re: variable upgradeState

its a browser compatibility issue.. if you upgrade older code like 5.5.x to 6.x and your running chrome you run into this message.  Switching over to IE8 seems to work with it just fine.

Re: variable upgradeState

This is probably a cached version of old javascript.  Try flushing your browsers cache and see if the problem is reproducible.

Re: variable upgradeState

I had a similar issue, that turned out to be a browser issue, try Firefox.

Re: variable upgradeState

No I don't think it is that bug. It may be worth opening a support case so we can analyse a system dump and properly diagnose this issue.

variable upgradeState

[ Edited ]

Upgrading to 6.0.1e and then to 6.1.1b from 5.5.0  with 200 (32) and 520 (x64)

Both sides accepted the first step gracefully to 601e

Rebooted both, and both think they are Healthy.

Neither side will accept step 2, and they both report:

Session variable upgradeState is in the wrong state to begin a "from file" transfer: None

Saw a note about file dates, and the 611b is newer on my system so not sure where the variable gets set.   I guess I can try the web link update, but I did not as they make me nervous.  It must lengthen the process, and while I trust my ups, and your web site, and the failsafe algorithm, I am a bit of a worrier.

Did a kb search and a forum search, but don't see this.   RTFM?  or ??

system log on the 200:
