My Microsoft "expert" keeps telling me that Vista and Longhorn improve WAN performance and that we may be wasting our money with purchases of WAN Optimization appliances (i.e. Steelheads). Anyone out there really know what Vista and Longhorn will do for WAN performance? Riverbed - what is your response to this?
