Re: Unable to ping ip address of primary interface

I found some error messages about primary interface in "dmesg", and there is an article related with these errors in KB.

KB: https://supportkb.riverbed.com/support/index?page=content&id=S15111&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&sea...

Error messages in "dmesg":

nv_stop_tx: TransmitterStatus remained busy<7>prihw: tx_timeout: dead entries!

NETDEV WATCHDOG: prihw: transmit timed out

prihw: Got tx_timeout. irq: 00000000

prihw: Ring at 227202000

prihw: Dumping tx registers

Re: Unable to ping ip address of primary interface

Sure, the primary interface have a default gateway configured.

I've not yet tried to ping the gateway address.

Re: Unable to ping ip address of primary interface

Does the primary interface have a default gateway configured?

In the CLI, can you ping that gateway address?

Can you ping beyond that gateway address?

Unable to ping ip address of primary interface

Hi,

The primary port is connected to cisco 3750 with straight-through cable, and the link is up, but the client can not ping the primary interface, I've tried to use both fixed and auto for the speed and duplex parameters, but the issue still can not be solved.

I attached the screenshot and captured traces here, hope I can get some help.
