This steelhead is connected wrongly on the outside of the Firewall if the source IP is always the same single IP address.

I have three Steelheads (2050 x2 and 1050 x1) connected on a 10MB MPLS WAN. The two 2050s are in the UK and the 1050 is in HK.
My HK office has no IT support and the 1050 was shipped and installed by a local office worker. Its difficult to get a non tech person to check thing.
I was wondering what would happen if the LAN and WAN ports was connected the other/wrong way around?
(The reason for asking is when we look at the connection on the HK RB the source ip always show the MPLS ip address of our F/W interface rather than the local LAN ip range. At our two UK sites the RB's shows the source IP of the LAN address range (the actual server ip address) as it should be) Could having the WAN and LAN port connected wrongly have such effect?
