You don't need to configure NTP servers if you don't want to, but by default the Steelhead will have 4 configured. Disable those or delete them, that should prevent the reverts you are seeing. NTP is handy for keeping logs in sync though if you need our TAC team's help. Maybe all you need to do is set the timezone to the right region?

But, we don't want to configure NTP Server for our Steelheads. Did this cause the problem?

Right. So you changed the time on the Steelhead and the time reverted?

Do you have NTP configured on the Steelhead in Configure > Networking > Host Settings?

We have one NTP Server that act as Active Directory Server too

Dear all,

we have problems at our Steelheads that installed at our branch offices, we have set the date and time manually and saved these configuration both from web interface and CLI.

But in the next day we check the date and time, they reverted back to it's intial configuration. Are there any tips for solving these problems ? Please kindly advise us...
