Anybody else having problems with Windows 7 and Outlook 2007? Encryption is turned on by default in Outlook 2007. As we roll out Windows 7 we are finding that authentication is not working. Users get a pop up in Outlook to sign in - instead of their domain credentials automatically working. This only occurs at sites that have riverbed devices deployed. All others are working fine. If I turn off the enable encryption setting on the outlook account settings the problem goes away.
Rios version 6.0.1 which is my understanding was to support the Windows 7 mapi encryption.
I have a ticket open with RB support but we have regressed to changing domain authentication settings, that just isn't a choice at this time. Hopefully somebody may have some insight into this issue as well.
