Excel and Solidworks

I definitely had the occasion to talk to a customer using Riverbed and having some issues with Excel. So, if you have a trick or tip, don't hesitate to tell me. And by reading other threads, I can see he's not the only one.

Excel and Solidworks

Hi Michel,

I am not sure where you heard about issues with Excel 2007, but all office 2007 apps definitely benefit from Riverbed's optimizations. We have a number of Solidworks customers seeing good data reduction and acceleration results. You can check out the performance results here http://www.wdsforum.org/forum/index.php?sh...p;hl=Solidworks.

And yes, Riverbed offers training to partners and customers http://www.riverbed.com/services/training/.

Excel and Solidworks

Hey guys I'm new to all this and I'm more in the sales side...

I've heard people not adopting Riverbed because of poor performance with Excel 2007. That was a few months ago. Is Riverbed working with this application or not at this time?

And people are generally satisfied when using Solidworks ?

Do you know if any training is given to salespeople somewhere ?

Thanks for your help.
