No , i did not do a factory reset. I did "regenerate" the WEB SSL key, because the hostname was changed etc... i will try to remmove an re-add licenses via cli

Did you perform a factory reset on those appliances? If so, removing and replacing the licenses should resolve the issue.

Two of our steelhead appliances are displaying this message when i click Support -> Licenses
Error building table, Request "licenses" not handled
Any ideas ?
