Hi all, please be patient with me because i am new to these devices.
I have been asked to use the steelhead 2020 on our network to test if we can use it as a print server. i have downloaded the software and the instructions, but am having difficulties already. Like i said, i am new to this type of device,( it was already installed before i arrived).
I type in (vserver-shell init at the command prompt at exec mode and it comes up saying that "nothing done, exiting". I cant proceed with the rest of the install until i figure out what is going on at this point.
Can anyone help?
