Platform is an open platform capable of running many types of applications. RSP
has the power to enable branch office consolidation – there is no need to deploy
additional hardware at the remote office for functions
like:

DHCP

URL and content filtering

network analytics/remote
probes

enterprise video services
·
and many other services…
While Riverbed is working with many technology partners
to provide officially supported applications, we can’t validate all of them.
That shouldn’t stop our customers, channel/integration partners and technology
partners from implementing the applications that you’d like to deploy.
We’ve created this forum to enable you to share your
experiences with RSP applications, and glean valuable information from your
colleagues. Please feel free to submit any information that may be useful, or
ask any questions that could assist in your RSP deployment. The RSP Community
is here to help!
We encourage you to provide any useful information like
the name of the virtualized application, how to use it, how it has benefitted,
where to obtain the application, configuration tips, deployment guides
etc.
However, we cannot allow posting of the software itself.
Riverbed is not in the software licensing or distribution business – except for
its own products. If the application requires a commercial license, please
provide a link to a legitimate source for purchase or evaluation download. Do
not provide a link to a pirated application – we will delete
this.
