System tell me nothing. NO error message. I am uploading a 32bit image.

What does the system log tell you, if anything? Are you uploading the 32bit or 64bit image?

Hi,

I have upgrade many Steelhead 550M with the new RSP version 6.5.0. For an unknow reason, I have 5 box that wont upgrade. 

When I upload the new image, nothing happen. I can see the progress in the left corner, when it reach 100% the box do nothing.

What could be the problem. I have tried many time upgrading the image on the same boxes but everytime i have to revert the riverbed image to 6.1 to be compatible with the RSP image.
