I think it would be sensible to have this properly diagnosed by opening a new support case. Please supply a system dump from the mobile client, the SMC and the server-side Steelhead.

thanks for replying.

I can see connection listed. but dont see anything in reduction ; lan and wan shows 0 kb

total data reduction = 1%

dont feel any performance  improvement as well.

The status is 'Connected - Licensed', this in itself means that an optimized connection formed at some point recently. If you open the client UI by double clicking on the R icon, do you see connections listed?

Dont see any optimization on the Steelhead Mobile Client.

Optimization Status : Healthy

Connection Status : Connected - Licensed

User connects to the Network Using Cisco VPN Client, VPN Termination point is Cisco Pix 525 running version 8.0 ( Similar code as Cisco ASA Firewall )

Optimization Rule :

Type : Fixed

Source : 0.0.0.0/0

Destination : 0.0.0.0/0

Port : all

Target : SteelHead Appliance IP

Port : 7810

Rest are all default Settings
