yes you will need RSP license and memory.
You should be able to trial it first with your VAR or partner and obtain some demo memory and 30 day license.

We have two Steelhead-1050 appliances which are running release 5.5.4d. We would like to run SCPS. However, license info on the appliance shows that we RSP license is invalid. Do we need to buy RSP license and SCPS package separately to run it?
