Hi Dan,

Your RCSP information was entered into the system, but your community email address was set as "Unverified." That means the system wasn't reaching out to our database to get your certification information.

I've set your email to verified (and anyone else can do this in the My Settings section) - and the next time you log in, it will add the RCSP icon and access to your account.

Seems like it doesn't really work very well. I passed mine last year but doesn't show either...

Hi Richmond,

Access to the RCSP community is automatic, once you pass the exam and the certificate information is entered into our system. This can take a couple of weeks to be processed after the exam, but once it is entered, it will automatically be applied to your account when you log in to the community and you will get the RCSP logo and access to the RCSP pages.

If you want pass the exam, you must read the study guide carefully (very important).

You must read the Steelhead Admin guide carefully also.(Deployment model. WCCP, Protocol, some important commands ...)

(there are some questions required deeply knowledge)

In the exam there are many questions which related to CMC, SMC and Interceptor. So, we must know all the basic concept to pass those questions.
