Same Steelhead in Manchester with 4mb of Wan throughput is now peaking at 133mbps serving data inbound WAN to LAN.

Hi Riverbed,

                    Please see example taken from our Steelhead 1050M running RiOS 5.5.1 with the new Applocking feature for Excel on CIFS. Everything else was set as default CIFS configuration.

 

We achieved a 60x capacity increase just over 7 days!

 

Saving across the WAN for CIFS of 279GB to only 4690MB

 

Thats a total data reduction of 98%
