I have opened case 164639 for you to track this issue, it is related to bug 74086 "Secure Vault Page does not exist on IC but "Secure Vault" alarm exists'.

Yes - I have seen it - you will need to do the following ....from the KB
It is very important to keep your secure vault password safe. Customer's private keys cannot be compromised so there is NO password recovery. In the event of a lost password, you can reset the secure vault only after erasing all the information within the secure vault.
To reset if you lost the password, log in to the Steelhead using the CLI and type this command:

I have started testing IC 3.0 and have noticed a secure vault error on one of my Interceptors even though there is no configuration screen for the secure vault. Has anyone else noticed this or other issues?
