If the Interceptors are configured in a serial failover cluster, then the loss of one will be automatically caught by the second. Just don't restart them at the same time :-)

What is the best way to do a restart of reload on an Interceptor pair to minimize impact of user traffic? These Interceptors are in the data center. They have reduced traffic in the early morning hours, but there is still traffic from global sites as well as 24x7 sites.
