That is correct. At this time, role based accounts are not supported although you do have the option of using TACACS/RADIUS.

I'm not sure that Interceptors support local accounts other than admin and monitor.

I am doing some testing on an Inteceptor running the following version....

Product name:      rbt_ib
Product release:   3.0.0
Build ID:          #88

When I try and add a new user I get the following:

test (config) # username customer password tester2
% Cannot add new user accounts

Is this normal behaviour - I can add new users on Steelheads and SMC's . . ..

I am logged in as admin and can change the admin and monitor passwords....
