This sounds like the classic symptoms of hard coded Gigabit Ethernet. Can the engineer check that all ports are set to auto-negotiate and verify that there's no packet loss through the Interceptor?
I have an engineer complaining that he is seeing huge delay and 60% jitter when he connects the links through the Interceptor. We have IC 9200 with 2.0.1 running in this lab environment. Has anyone else had any issues with BGP running through Interceptors?
