without having more details, e.g. relevant logfiles entries, it's a bit difficult to help, but what cou can safely try is to restart the web process:

pm process webasd restart

Do this on the cli, if it helps: fine, if not, I suggest you give us some more information or open a ticket at Riverbed or your partner.

Hi! Need some help here.

I am unable to log into Riverbed GUI. The model of device is 5050 H and using RiOS version 5.0.6

The devices is connected to 130 other devices. The optimization service is working fine and I am able to telnet into the box through CLI command. The status is healthy.
