Riverbed is 100% committed to the Stingray Traffic Manager. While it is true that 2014 is a long way off, we have every reason to believe at the current time that the Stingray product suite will be maintained and advanced for a long time to come.
We have been using zxtm for the last few years and with the move to red river we have upgraded all our zxtm instances to Stingray V8.0. I know support for zxtm v7.x and below will be stopping in 2014 but will the Stingray traffic manager be continuing on past this date? In essence do I need to take any further course of acction other than upgrading to Stingray V8 (and subsequent versions) to ensure we have a viable traffic management solution past 2014.
