The mobile client isn't optimizing. If it was, it would show Connected: Licensed.

Check that you are using a supported VPN client, that you have rules in your acceleration policy to optimize traffic (it should by default). You may need to open a support case to have TAC assist you.

Using Version: 3.0.0a #4 Steelhead Mobile client but does not see any Data Reduction on the Performance Statistics.

Is this normal?

Total Data Reduction: 0%

Optimization Statistics (LAN/WAN): 0.0KB / 0.0KB

Branch Warming Statistic (In / Out): 0.0KB / 0.0KB

SSL Connections (Successful / Total): 0 / 0

The System Status is showing Optimization Status: Healthy and Controller Connection Status: Connected

However, the Controller Connection Status seems to be flapping between Connected and Not Connected.

I have tried searching the forums and googled but nothing came up this time too.

Please help.
