Update: I stand corrected. Subscriptions are not working for some users. We are working to resolve this.

Software announcements are a topic that is available for customers and partners. Once you log in to the forum, the forum will check your email address and if that matches that of a support site login, you will be assigned customer or partner priveleges. Once you log in, the Software Announcements appear in the Steelhead and Cascade boards.

I am haveing the same issue.  Any way to get notices when new software for my device is released.

I have the same access issue as Vincent - not being able to access the Release Announcement section of the new forums.

I used to subscribed on Software Release Announcements on https://supportforum.riverbed.com

Since the migration, i sign in current community.riverbed.com forum but it seems i no more have right to subscribe or even have access to Software Release Announcements part of this forum.

This feature was very useful for me.

Why the access to Software Release Announcements has been restricted ?
