I followed the steps, received a mail and click in the link, but the access does not work :( .

Hi Richmond,
Thanks for your patience. We identified an issue with our authentication system that was not storing multiple roles. We've adjusted our settings and (as a customer) you can now view & subscribe to software releases.

Same problem. I am a customer with a support account email the same as my (verified) forum email but I get denied access.

Hi mlinzbach,
You were not able to subscribe since your email was set as unverified. (Any user can change this setting in the My Settings area once they are signed in...and I've confirmed your email and made the change for you.)
When you sign in, you will now see subscribe in the Board Options menu.
*For you first time signing in, if you are joining from the Support & Partner Forum, you will need to change your password also. Do this in the Sign In page.

I believe we are back in business with subscriptions available again to all signed in users with verified email addresses.
