Well, I couldn't figure any better place to comment, even though this refers to the actual Riverbed support site and how it's changed. Hopefully some of you Riverbed guys can influence changes over there.
I'm only really upset about one thing, but it's a big one to me, as far as keeping up to date on what's happening.
You used to be able to go to any of the Knowledge Base categories, and sort/display by date - this allowed me to check in, say once a month, and see all the latest additions in any of the catagories, whcih was great!
Why was this functionality removed??? There is now no way to tell what the latest documents are!! At the very least, whenever you go into any category, the publication date should at least be listed!
For the high cost of support contracts. it's really discouraging to see the usefulness of the support site so hobbled by this changed functionality. Granted, all the docs are still there, but for those of us that like to keep up with the latest info, there's no longer any way to tell what's new!
Please ask the support site administrators to give us back this functionality, or at least list the dates next to the titles!
