More precisely, what it means is that those users have not created posts since June 2008 that appear in the categories that you have access to.



They have created some posts in the Partner Categories, but this is reserved for authorized partners, so you would not be able to see those results.



If they created posts in the standard Support Categories, they would be listed.

Since the migration, which occurred in June 2008, all new posts by those users are linked to their account.

That means, both haven't created any new posts since June 2008 ?



Or do the "old, unlinked" posts even avoid the newer ones from beeing listed ?

Hi Juergen,



The issue is a result of our forum migration. When we moved from our old forum software (which was no longer supported by the vendor) to our new environment that uses vBulletin, we are able to import all the old posts however we were not able to maintain the links between posts and users for one of the user groups. (That group included Phil and Jonathan.)



Since the migration, which occurred in June 2008, all new posts by those users are linked to their account.



I've been investigating a way to fix these old posts and relink them to their users. I've had only limited success so far, but I'm still investigating.



I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Hi all,



when I view the Profile of user "phil" and then click at

"Find all posts by phil"

I get the error "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms"



With "jonathan" I have the same problem



It works fine for other users: i.e.:

pbonner

deepakb
