Of course the CMC does handle this but there is nothing to stop you using the CLI to enter the monitored ports. Examine the running configuration of your source Steelhead by issuing 'sh run' and then copy the relevant portions into your target Steelhead at config t.

Setting up a new Riverbed Steelhead and one of my chores is to go through and enter the Monitored Ports. Would be nice if there was an option for it to just go and auto-retrieve the Monitored Ports list from a specified Steelhead which already has all the ports entered.  Guessing the CMC can probably handle this, however we have not purchased this as yet.
