Re: Granular control of alarms ?

At the moment, this feature is only available in the web UI.

Granular control of alarms ?

Hi,

It appears the syntax of the stats alarm cli command has changed a little in version 6.5.

I'm noticing now that if I configure ...

no stats alarm conn_limit_warn enable

what shows up in the config is ...

no stats alarm app:*:*:*:conn_limit_warn enable

Similarly,

no stats alarm unmanaged_peer enable
is converted to

no stats alarm app:*:*:*:unmanaged_peer enable

I presume the asterisks are wildcard characters and could be replaced with, what ? Serial numbers ? Group names ?

If this indeed is a new feature it would be great to know know to use it. In the above examples, I would love to have the ability to enable or disable these alarms on selected appliances or groups.
