Turn off auto registration on the SMC:

uksmc1 (config) # no cmc enable

Then delete it from your CMC. Hit save on both appliances.

Gday guys,

I have 20 lincences in CMC and 20 steelhead devices. However we also have an SMC which is showing up in CMC as an appliance. Which means we are 1 licence short.

I don't want to buy another licence just yet. Is there a way we can stop the CMC from monitoring the SMC? At the moment if we delete the SMC from the CMC it comes back about a minute later..
