OK. I have active monitor account and I can login to RB using those account to view reports and settings.

But I cannot add that RB to CMC using the same monitor account. All time status is unknown not connected.

Yes, you could use the monitor account or setup a role based account:

Configure › Security › User Permissions

Is there any way to add to CMC appliance only 4 reporting purposes? 4 example using built-in in RB monitor account?
