"stats alarm config_change clear" to take care of that one. If you are going to be routinely making changes on the Steelheads themselves and don't want to see this alarm trigger every time then disable the Configuration Change from Configure › System Settings › Alarms

The stats alarm unmanaged_peer clear command worked - thanks. Now I have an alarm on CMC for a change that I made on one of the managed devices. How do I clear this alarm?
Thanks again,,,

Make sure you are running CMC 6.5.2 or later. If the Steelhead in question is managed and showing connected and healthy then it just may be that the alarm was never cleared. Log into the CLI and run:
enable
stats alarm unmanaged_peer clear
That should take care of it. If the error persists then I'd suggest opening a support case.

Cy,
Thanks for the information. I will be needing this soon since we have multiple CMCs due to our large number of Steelheads. Not to mention Steelheads of other agencies that we communicate with.

I finally found this in your KB :
Software Versions: All
Category: Log and Error Messages ,CMC ,Networking

Issue
A version 6.5 CMC reports a Healthy Steelhead appliance as being in Degraded state when the Steelhead's peer is managed by another CMC.
Explanation
Beginning with version 6.5, the CMC checks to see if it also manages the peer(s) of a managed Steelhead appliance. If it does not manage the peer(s), the CMC displays the following message:
Connected: Degraded (The following appliance peers are not managed by this CMC: peer_steelhead_name)
Solution
This is the expected behavior for the CMC. To turn off this warning, do the following:
This solve my issue.
Thanks

I've forwarded this to our engineering team for their consideration. I'll keep you posted.

Ah! I understand now. Interesting... I'll do some research. Can you PM me your CMC serial number please?

Chris,
maybe I was not clear enough : the appliances that I'm mentioning are not managed by my CMC and hence they are not appearing in the Manage > Appliances menu.
So, no way to select them in that menu.
Again, those non-managed appliances were existing before the upgrade of the CMC. It is just that now they are appearing in the Home screen and giving an Degraded status to the appliances that I manage.
Here is a screenshoot of the home screen :
