It looks like you could have a problem elsewhere, somewhere in your network, that is not on the immediate interface ports of the Steelhead appliance. It could be a duplex mismatch, an overloaded server, or a number of other events. Riverbed Cascade and a number of other network monitoring tools and products can help you identify the source of the problem.
