Have you checked your profiler information page there's a policy usage indicator which tell you about appliance policy capcity (Almost 5000 policies)?

Which Profiler model are you using?

How many site locations do you have defined and assigned to this Citrix service?

How many segments have you created for the application service map? How complex is it?

When I finished to describe my service, the following error appeared. maximum number of allowed policies for this type has been. Does anyone know  what it mean?
