Re: Cascade Express and Active Directory Groups.

Hi

The only integration that I know between the AD and Profiler is about user identity. Once configured AD sends user identity information to the Profiler and you are able to generate an user login and login attempts reports.

Talking about defining host grouping, you have to specify addresses ranges with CIDR notation or subnet mask for each host group.

With AD integration I believe you can see who are the heaviest users of certain applications.

Re: Cascade Express and Active Directory Groups.

Hi-

For some reason IE is wiping the test as I post.  Let's try using Chrome...

Question:  Is it possible to create groups on the Cascade and add AD accounts to it? For instance, I need to create a group called Human Resources and add all AD accounts for HR personnel to it.  Basically, our execs have asked me to run comparative analysis between departments in our company to see who are the heaviest users of certain applications.

Thoughts?
