If your firewall is performing NAT from a public IP address to a private one that the ZXTM is listening on, then you will need to configure the firewall to modify the FTP control connection, and to correctly forward the passive data connection.
The problem is exactly the same as if you placed the FTP server behind the firewall (i.e. it's not specific to ZXTM).
Check your firewall documentation concerning techniques to load balance FTP.

Hello world,
I'm trying to setup an FTPS Virtual Server.
I encounter problem with passive mode.
There is a schemas about how ZXTM and Traffic Script are working.

In my case, there is a firewall between Clients and ZXTM.
The problem is, in passive mode, the ZXTM respond with his private IP, and I can't manage to setup the public IP.
I have tried to use rule, but they seems applied between ZXTM and Server, and I can't handle the request / response between Client and ZXTM.
Any workaround ?
Thanks,
M. Lefebvre
