Hi Klokj,
Adding an additional interfaace should be very straightforward:
If you're using our Virtual Appliance, then you should
1) stop the VA,
2) add the new network interface, and take note of the subnet that VMware has assigned to the network,
3) start the VA and
4) go to the System->Networking tab to configure the appropriate IP address and subnet for for the new interface (e.g. eth2)
If you are using the software on your own Linux install, then follow steps 1-3 and then log in to your Linux VM and reconfigure the networking as appropriate.
However, if you assign the wrong IPs to the wrong interfaces or reassign the network mappings in VMware, then they will be unreachable; in the worst case (the UI is completely unreachable), you may need to access the console and reset the system to factory defaults, then re-run initial configuration to set the netwokring correctly. There are shortcuts that our support team can advise you if this is too problematic and you are comfortable editing the configuration files (in conf/zxtms) directly.
If you want to enable, disable or reassign the management port, you will also need to re-run the initial configuration.
Please contact our support team for specific advice relating to your network topology.
Best regards
Owen

I have the same problem. When I add a second NIC it still goes OK, but the 3th NIC gives a problem. In this case I can't reach the administrationpage anymore. Also the management IP-number is not pingable. Even when I disable the 3th NIC the problem still exist.

Did you configure the new card from the System > Networking page in the administration server or manually using ifconfig/ip?

Currently have a 2 member Zeus LB 6.0r7 cluster running under a vmWare as virtual Linux servers. I need to add an additional network interface and expand my coverage to a neighboring subnet.
Currenlty hosting: 192.168.0.0/24 on NIC1
Would like to add NIC2 and have it host 192.168.1.0/24.
The new NIC is visible by the OS and I can configure an IP for it. When I ifup eth1, whatever node I am working on goes offline. If I ifconfig -a from the vmWare console for this server, I see that Zeus has modifed the network configuration and all of my traffic IP's are assigned to both NIC1 and NIC2. If I ifdown eth1, everything returns to normal.
Any guidance?
Thanks!
